UAT Digital Video has once again submitted a film for the IFP/Phoenix "Beat the Clock" 48-Hour Film Challenge. Our entry, a supernatural police thriller titled "Covet," will have its premiere screening at the Beat the Clock Screening and Awards Party, Friday July 29th, 2011 at the Phoenix Art Museum (1625 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ).

Doors open at 5:30 pm and there will be two screenings, Program A at 6 pm and Program B at 8 pm. "Covet" is part of Program B. Tickets are $15 per screening,  or $25 for both screenings. (Buy tickets here.)

"Covet" was produced by a team of students and alumni working in conjunction with Professor Paul DeNigris' Locked Horns Productions (including longtime collaborators Steve Briscoe and Laura DeNigris) and Steve Wargo's SWAT HD (a frequent employer of UATDV alumni and students). Cavin Gray ("Parallax"), Amanda Melby ("Screen Wars"), Kane Black ("Fallout"), and Steve Briscoe ("Cowboy Dreams") star, along with student Cedric Katambwa.
